I loved everything about Project Seed Coffee! I always enjoy trying new local coffee shops, and this one was truly special. From the moment I walked in, I encountered warm and welcoming customer service. The interior was bright and inviting, with plenty of seating. As a big ube fan, I was excited to see they had a variety of ube items. I ordered the ube velvet latte with ube cold foam and an ube cinnamon roll. My cinnamon roll arrived first; it was warm, soft, and melted in my mouth. I was only going to take a bite, but one turned into two, until I ended up eating the whole thing right there. I planned to share half with my husband, but once it was gone, I just bought him another one. My ube latte was also amazing, with notes of ube and dark chocolate. Overall, this was a wonderful first experience, and I look forward to visiting again! They are a small business, so be sure to give them a try!

Such a cute atmosphere! I’ve been meaning to try them for a while because one I love a good coffee shop and two I love supporting my peoples business! I got the ube velvet latte with pandan cold foam!! Absolutely delicious and I also got the ube ensymada. Will def be coming back to try other items. The staff is also super lovely !!

Project seed coffee is a SAFE place for everyone! Best Filipino coffee inspired drinks, great cafe vibes (reminds me of the Philippines), and the owners are incredibly welcoming. Even when it’s SUPER busy, I never waited more than 5 minutes for my items to be made. They are fast and efficient. I have been their fan since they started bottling bottles are markets, and they really are my favorite coffeeshop! Although they don’t have a wide variety of food, they do have some of the best Filipino pastries (and in my opinion the best pepperoni bread in the 757, I said what I said). They also provide pop ups for local vendors in the area! 10/10 highly recommend (and trust me I do tell everyone about this coffeeshop wherever I go)

I really love this place! To all the Filipinos and wanna be Filipinos.. If you love coffee and pastries, go here! There's always a different featured small business, whether it's a food truck or the BTS mania.. they also help plan the Ube fest here in the 757! Get your Ube fill!

I absolutely 💯 love this spot... Project Seed Coffee is an excellent spot for one of kind pastries and cold or hot coffee drinks.. They offer their Signature latte, cold brew, teas, and coffees ☕️ 😋. With traditional favors... The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu 😋Phillipino inspired! One of a kind... Thank you Erene for your always making me feel welcomed!
